I charge a 100% last minute cancellation fee for any no call no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. I understand emergencies happen all the time. But please be respectful of my time as I am with yours, as well as all my other clients. When there is a cancellation I always try to get the next person available in immediately which sometimes will also benefit you in the future. Thank you so much for understanding!
